Shea's Background

Shea's heart for helping people began at a young age, and it's been her dream to make a meaningful impact through her work. She grew up in Upstate New York and earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Child & Family Studies, which laid the foundation for her work with children, families, and individuals at organizations like Springbrook, Children’s Home of Wyoming Conference, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. These experiences shaped her understanding of the importance of addressing challenges holistically.

After seeing the profound transformation the Inner Alignment System had on her mother, Shea was inspired to embark on her own healing journey. She completed her six-month certification in 2023, followed by the Inner Alignment Healer Certification in January 2025. These programs allowed her to deepen her ability to help clients work through fears, limiting beliefs, and unresolved emotions, using a holistic approach that integrates mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.

Since launching Rooted Within LLC in 2023, Shea has guided clients of all ages—from vibrant preteens to wise elders—helping them experience profound shifts in their lives. Clients leave their sessions feeling more empowered, grounded in their bodies, emotionally aware, and ready to make healthy, life-giving changes.
