Frequently Asked Questions
❖ Who is this work for?
This is for you if life feels overwhelming, emotionally heavy, or like you’re constantly “on” and can’t fully relax.
It’s also for you if things look fine on the outside, but internally you feel anxious, stuck, disconnected, or like you’re carrying more than you can explain.
You don’t need to have the “right words” or have everything figured out to begin. Many people come here simply knowing: “I don’t want to feel like this anymore.”
This work is designed to meet you where you are—without judgment, and without needing you to be anywhere other than honest about your experience.
❖ How is this different from traditional talk therapy?
Think of this as personal training for your mind. While traditional therapy can be helpful for many, this approach is more like coaching—action-oriented and focused on a desired goal. It is specifically designed for the person who says to themselves: "I’m tired of just talking; I’m ready for change."
❖ What does the process look like?
We work in a structured, supportive container so you’re not navigating this alone.
Sessions are held weekly over an 8-week or 12-week period, depending on your goals and needs. This structure is intentional—it helps create consistency, safety, and momentum so change can actually be integrated, not just understood.
You’ll also be given simple practices to work with between sessions, always with the focus on what feels manageable and supportive for your nervous system.
❖ Important note about scope of support
This work is supportive, coaching-based, and somatic in nature. It is not a replacement for medical care, psychiatric care, or crisis support.
If at any point additional or specialized care is needed, I may recommend other providers to ensure you are fully supported. My priority is always your safety and stability.
❖ Do you take insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time.
We do our best to keep this work as accessible as possible. Scholarships may be available depending on financial circumstances. Please reach out if you’d like to explore what’s possible.
